CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

At Community Health Center of the North Country our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients. To help ensure the safety of our patients, their family members, and our community, we are advising anyone who has traveled in the past 30 days, and anyone who is experiencing any symptoms such as cough, fever or shortness of breath, to please call the health center before any scheduled appointment. For your convenience, the number for each location is listed on this page.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

To help further reduce the spread of possible illnesses, we are asking that only the patient themselves enter the building for their medical appointment, unless said patient requires a caregiver to attend the appointment with them. All other family members or those in company of the patient must remain in their vehicle and may not enter the building. Patients with children who are not being seen by a provider must make arrangements for childcare prior to their appointment.
