Telehealth not only allows you to receive the same quality care that we offer in our health centers from the comfort of your own home, but it also allows healthcare professionals to consult with each other on your healthcare concerns from different locations. Telehealth is not only convenient for patients and providers, it reduces visit costs, patient travel time, and increases access to care in our rural communities.

If you or someone in your care is suffering a mental health crisis that you feel should be handled quickly, please call our health center immediately and our staff will do our best to make sure that you or the affected person will be seen by one of our providers as soon as possible. Yes, we follow all CDC and NYS Department of Health guidelines extremely closely, including disinfecting procedures and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the areas of our health centers where needed.
