Along with regular checkups/exams and other general health concerns, our team treats both acute and chronic medical conditions. Acute conditions consist of any medical issue that is short-term (such as a viral or bacterial infection, broken bone or burn), and chronic conditions include anything that can develop slowly as a result of unhealthy behaviors, which can last for a long period of time if not treated and managed properly (such as diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol). By using our health center services to manage any chronic medical conditions or diagnosis and treatment of acute medical problems, many patients can avoid costly emergency room visits.

Yes, we do! Telehealth not only allows you to receive the same quality healthcare that we offer in our health centers from the comfort of your own home, but it also allows healthcare professionals to consult with each other on your healthcare concerns from different locations. Telehealth is not only convenient for patients and providers, it reduces visit costs, patient travel time, and increases access to care in our rural communities.
