CHCNC's health center in Canton is staffed with a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant to carry out all physical therapy services. Our health center treats orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, chronic pain, children with orthopedic & neurological disorders, short-term rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions, and long-term maintenance physical therapy for patients with diagnosis of developmental disabilities. Our health center also provides evaluations for durable medical equipment such as scooters, walkers, and other assistive devices.
