The person in this position is responsible for the development, implementation and daily operations of quality and compliance of agency-wide programs and services, to include but not limited to, the quality of programs and compliance to all pertinent regulations. This person will also be responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance with the day-to-day implementation of the organizations Quality Management Program and associated work plan. The Quality and Compliance Specialist assists in the implementation and measurement of Patient Centered Medical Home, Pay-for-Performance, Uniform Data Set (UDS), Patient Satisfaction, OPWDD Division of Quality Improvement (DQI) and other clinical quality initiatives across the organization. The Quality and Compliance Specialist also ensures departments are aware of regulatory updates related to their programs.
