Our team currently seeks candidates for a WIC Qualified Nutritionist/Site Manager to provide services in Franklin county, and occasionally St. Lawrence county as well. This individual will support the mission, goals and objectives of Community Health Center of the North Country by improving nutritional services in the WIC Program. This staff person will follow standards for the assessment process used to determine WIC eligibility, and personalize nutrition education, high risk care plans, referrals, and tailoring of food packages.
