The Patient Access Representative (PAR) serves as the face of the organization as they greet patients who visit or otherwise contact the Health Center. The PAR facilitates patient access to information and appointments, ensuring that patients receive the care they need when they need it. Primary responsibilities for the PAR include pre-registration, registration, point-of-service collections, schedule management, telephone and waiting room management, and clear communication with patients, providers, other care team members, and other departments. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
