What eye care services do you offer?
Our Watertown health center has Optometrists on staff who can examine, diagnose and treat many common eye diseases (including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy and age-related degenerative diseases), perform regular eye exams, and provide pre and post-operative care for pathologies and trauma.

Do you accept my insurance?
For a list of participating insurances, please click here. If you do not see your insurance listed or are uncertain that it is accepted, please call our health center or check with your insurance provider.
Only Medicaid and Medicare (including managed plans) are accepted at our Watertown health center.

What are your hours of operation?
Our Watertown exam hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 4pm, and eyeglasses can be picked up Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm by appointment only.
Our Optician will be able to adjust and properly fit eyeglasses to your specific needs.

Our Watertown eye care providers see patients ages 4 and up.

Can I get my eyeglass prescription filled?
Yes, we offer Optical services at our Watertown health center. Our licensed Opticians can help fit you for eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other vision-correcting devices.

Do you offer same day appointments?
If you or someone in your care is experiencing an emergency, please call our Watertown health center at (315) 786-0983. Our staff will do our best to make sure that you or the affected person will be seen by the Optometrist as soon as possible.

Is now a safe time to receive eye care?
Yes, we follow all CDC and NYS Department of Health guidelines extremely closely, including disinfecting procedures and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
