STATUS OF SERVICES

PRIMARY CARE

All Primary Care and Pediatric Care Services are operating per our normal hours. If you would like to schedule an appointment or have any questions regarding an upcoming appointment you have scheduled, please call our health center. Telehealth services are also available, please call and talk to your provider to determine whether a face-to-face or virtual appointment is best for your next visit.

DENTAL CARE

Our full line of Dental Services are once again available. Please contact our Dental Department at (315) 386-8191 to schedule your next appointment in Canton. Dental services are also now available at our new Ogdensburg health center, please call (315) 713-9350 to schedule an appointment.

EYE CARE SERVICES

Optical Services are once again available. Exams, as well as eyeglass pickup and adjustments, are by appointment only at this time. Please contact our Optometry Department in Canton at (315) 386-8191 or in Watertown at (315) 786-0983 to schedule your next appointment.

WIC SERVICES

St. Lawrence and Franklin County WIC appointments are still mostly handled through phone calls. However, limited in person appointments are available in both the Canton and Malone locations. Please call your local WIC office for more information. At this time, walk-in clients are NOT being taken.

At Community Health Center of the North Country, our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients. To help ensure the safety of our patients, their family members, and our community, we are asking anyone who has recently traveled outside of the North Country, and anyone who is experiencing any symptoms such as cough, fever or shortness of breath, to please call the health center before any scheduled appointment.
